DANCING IN THE RAIN

Today, finally after months of intense and unusual drought, as I woke up I heard the familiar noise of drops of rain falling into the courtyard. I guess I’m happy for my plants!

This is a seashell nobody collects (nor sells!) on the seashore, it’s an ordinary specimen, we eat tons of them, sometimes with fries, sometimes cooked au gratin. But if you pay attention, you realise that each one of them is an incredible, unique and complex alchemy of multiple colors and surfaces
